Children enjoying great food

Food

We provide locally sourced, home-cooked food for our groups. Where possible the food grown at Hooke Court is included in our menus. The food is healthy and nutritious whilst still appealing to a child's taste.

At Hooke Court, Dorset There are three dining rooms and a catering tent for the campers; whilst there is one dining room at Hooke Court Wales. Groups are allocated a dining room and time for eating on arrival. All groups have their own mealtime. We provide a packed lunch, hot evening meal and breakfast. School staff eat at the same time as the children. They have their own table within the dining room so that they can enjoy their meal whilst still being able to supervise their group. In contrast Hooke Court Wales has one dining room for the sole use of the one residing group.

Special Diets

Our catering staff are very used to providing for a wide range of dietary requirements. All special diets are catered for. We liaise with each group prior to their visit to ensure that we fully understand the requirements of all members of the group. It is essential that group leaders notify Hooke Court of all special diets and allergies prior to their arrival to ensure that the kitchens are able to source the appropriate food.
