Food |
We provide locally sourced, home-cooked food for our
groups. The food is healthy and nutritious whilst still appealing to
a child's taste. There are two dining rooms. Groups
are allocated a dining room and time for eating on arrival. All
groups have their own mealtime. We provide a packed lunch, hot
evening meal and cooked breakfast. School staff eat at the same time
as the children. They have their own table within the dining room so
that they can enjoy their meal whilst still being able to supervise
their group.

The kitchen was awarded 5 Stars, the
highest level possible, for its Food & Hygiene at its last
inspection by West Dorset District Council. |
Special Diets
Our catering staff are very used to providing for a wide range of
dietary requirements. All special diets are catered for. We liaise
with each group prior to their visit to ensure that we fully
understand the requirements of all members of the group. It is
essential that group leaders notify Hooke Court of all special diets
and allergies prior to their arrival to ensure that the kitchens are
able to source the appropriate food. Sample
