The Court
Sleeps 22 persons during
school holidays but is available to hire as bunk-bedded
accommodation sleeping up to 49 persons during school terms
The 14th Century Manor House, to be featured on Channel 4's
'Time Team' in Spring 2007, sleeps up to 44 persons in
bunk-bedded rooms and 5 persons in twin and single rooms. Most
of the bedrooms are en-suite.
The living area comprises a large well-equipped kitchen with
breakfast table, classroom/dining room and drawing room.
Externally, The Court has its own
private lawn with moat for guests to enjoy. Access to the
fishing lake, children's playground, farm animals, landscaped
gardens, cycle area and remainder of the grounds is shared
with other guests.
During the school holidays the Court
is available to hire through
English Country Cottages
At weekends during term time the
Court is available for hire as bunk-bedded accommodation. For

Pricing: Hire of the Court as
bunk beds in school holidays: £495 per night inc VAT. Stays of
7 nights or more receive a 10% discount.
The Gatehouse
Sleeps up to 8 people during the school holidays but is also
available for hire as bunk bedded accommodation during the
school terms sleeping up to 28 persons.
There are 3 bathrooms with toilets and showers, one of which
is purpose built for disabled users. There are also two twin
bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom with WC, bath and
shower over bath.
The living area comprises a large
open plan lounge and well-equipped kitchen.
Externally the accommodation has its
own private garden as well as access to large parts of the 14
acres of grounds, including the fishing lake, children's
playground, farm animals, landscaped gardens and cycle area.
This accommodation is available to
hire during the school holidays through the
Welcome Cottages Group.
The
Gatehouse is also available to hire as dormitory accommodation
throughout the week and at weekends during the school terms.
During the school term the Gatehouse sleeps up to 28 people.

bunk beds in school holidays £250 per night inc VAT. Stays of
7 nights or more receive a 10% discount.
